Mangalore: MCC Bank Hosts Training Programme for Employees, Directors

Mangalore: A two-day training programme for the directors and employees of the Urban Co-operative banks of Karnataka State was organized by the Karnataka State Urban Co-operative banks union Bangalore. This training was jointly inaugurated by the senior Co-operative activists Hoovagaar and Mahajan Shetty, at the conference hall, Mangalore Catholic Co-Operative Bank head office(Light house hill), in Mangalore on Saturday, March 5th 2011.

The training programme was aimed to motivate safe and fruitful investment by the urban co-operative banks. The training programme was be addressed by the reserve bank senior officials and experts in the field of banking and investment.

Mr.Raymond D’Cunha, the director of MCC bank welcomed the delegates on behalf of the president of MCC Bank Mr. Melwyn D'Cunha.

The expert's from the banking sector said that the Karnataka Urban Co-operative union, under the able leadership of former minister H K Patil is better able to handle the day-today works and affairs efficiently.

H K Das, president of the function, expressed his happiness at the disposal of Karnataka union in assisting the members.

Pundalik Shet, the chief executive officer of the union, welcomed the gathering and advisor of the union, Shivarudrappa proposed the vote of thanks.

In all, 100 delegates from different banks participated in the programme.
